It encourages our drivers to continually build their skills and to share their knowledge and best practices. It also provides a set of tools and metrics to analyze our processes and time keeping efficiency, plus a distinct approach to consistently improving them, in the car and out of the car.

The FARECARS HIRE Way initially focused on improving processes that are core to our business. We identified and developed common methodologies and standards to help us achieve best practices on the road.

We then gained control of seven major accounts for local businesses, this helped develop blueprints for achieving consistent and sustained improvements in performance and customer satisfaction. These accounts included personal one to one management to achieve the best possible service.
