Confidentiality and Data Protection
We have every respect for your confidentiality. We are compliant with the Data Protection Act; your details will remain confidential and will not be passed to any third party other than is necessary in the processing of your provided service.
All service invoices is sent in discreet, with your name,address and postage details on the exterior.
Service Orders
All service orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to cancel any order placed for any reason.
No contract exists between you and us until your service order has been confirmed.
Prices of services may differ slightly to those displayed on the website.
We are sorry but we cannot offer services outside of the European Union at this time. This may change, please monitor the site for updates in this regard.
Returns and Cancellations
In accordance with the The European Consumer Protection Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel a contract for the purchase of an service within 7 working days of the day of receipt of the service order. If you wish to cancel your service order we ask you to please notify us by email or by post to:

Please ensure that you quote your name and Service order number.
We do not accept cancellation of Service orders after the 7 day cooling-off period.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 working days. We are unable to process refunds until we are in receipt of the cancelled service order. All refunds will be credited to the same card you used to make your purchase. If your order was paid for by cheque or postal order your refund will be sent to you by cheque.
Where you are cancelling your service order within the 7 day cooling-off period we will refund the full cost of the service order.
Disclaimer
All service orders sold by us are sold as 'Service' orders. We cannot be held responsible for any injury caused by improper use of the service provided.
Payments
We accept payment in UK Pound Sterling (GBP) only. All invoices will be in UK Pound Sterling (GBP).

All card payments will show on your bank/credit card account statement as Farecars Hire Ltd.
We are also happy to accept orders via post.

Processing Payments
Upon submission of your service order we will immediately contact your bank/card issuer for authorisation to take payment from your account. You will then receive an email confirming your order. If the payment is not authorised by your bank or card issuer, you will receive an email advising you of this.
